Noncontiguous States And International Orders
Allcraftsupplies.com ships via fedex, UPS, or USPS, at our discrection, in the Contiguous States. Exceptions to this are orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam which will most likely be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. We are unable to ship outside of the U.S.A. at this time. Aerosol items cannot be shipped outside the Continental United States.

How Quick Does My Order Ship?
Usually orders ship within 3 business days and take between 1-6 business days for shipping depending on your location for a total of 4-9 business days. Note: Rush orders will ship in 2-3 business days via Fed Ex 2nd Day Air service. All orders paid through PayPal will take 1 additional business day & orders paid using an electronic check through PayPal will take an additional 4-5 business days to allow payment to clear. Also, all aerosol items must be shipped via ground.

Can Merchandise Be Returned?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of shipment for a refund*. ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

Can we cancel our order?
Once your order has been placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. Please confirm that your order is correct before clicking on the "Place Order" button. If you notice an error on your order please contact our customer service department within 24 hours.

No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned.
